Steph is a strategy consultant and insight specialist with a background in strategic planning, data analytics, market research, media and publishing. She recently finished up as Head of Insight for VICE Media Group APAC.
Steph uses data to tell stories and uncover unique insights that help brands make a genuine connection with culture. In the last few months, she's developed the BUDX music strategy for Southeast Asia, lead research and audience development for two new beverage products (Pigeon and Actual), turned a sex survey into a two-year brand/content strategy for Durex, carved out a position for Refinery29's launch into the Australian market via an indepth study into 'Womxnhood', and lead the development of a multi-pronged mental health strategy for an Australian telco.
She is an accomplished keynote speaker and regular at AdWeek APAC, Pause Fest, Youth Marketing Australia, REMIX Festival, General Assembly and The Future of Culture (Singapore).
When she's not in lockdown (again... and again), she works out of M&C Loft in the Moran and Cato building, Fitzroy.
