Stephanie Tkach is a queer, Puerto Rican mom and people manager who has built a career in tech from the ground up, from part-time iPhone Sales Specialist to Regional Service Manager, at companies like Apple, Uber, and currently, Rivian. Since starting her career at the front lines of retail she has focused on building and growing teams that thrive as a result of their diverse identities and varied experiences. She’s held positions on the boards of both Uber and Rivian’s employee resource groups supporting internal advocacy and community for Parents and LatinX folks in a tech world that often prioritizes the careers and voices of white cis male bro culture.
