Stephanie is a Director at Jabian Consulting with 16 years of experience helping c-suite execs transform their business through strategy definition, process transformation, org redesign, technology enablement, and reporting and analysis. She became a leader of technology-enabled change and this often put her in a position of being an "only" or one of few women at her level. This led her to become an advocate for empowering women in the workplace. She serves as a member of the Positions of Influence committee in Women Influence Chicago (sponsored by 1871|ITA), focusing on increasing the number of women on Chicago tech company boards. She also recently joined Chicago Woman's Club as a founder to re-establish this historic club with a vision to drive progressive reform for women in Chicago.
