Stephanie Kuo is the co-host and co-producer of Racist Sandwich, a podcast that believes food, and how we produce, consume, and interpret it, is political. She joined the team in 2018 as a producer and took over the show last year alongside Juan Diego Ramirez. Stephanie is also an award-winning public radio journalist, who now works as a podcast trainer and educator at PRX, a non-profit media company that supports audio producers. She is from Dallas, Texas, and now lives in Brooklyn, NY.
