She develops a tailored discovery experience for her clients to promote advocacy for Design Thinking and Service Design while increasing our Tribe of 'Thinkers'. This strategy reduces resistance to innovation and creates a deep understanding of 'people-first' products and services that elicit excitement and delight. Stephanie is passionate about being a thought leader that defines the next generation of user, consumer, or guest experiences that transform the way we live and play.
