With over 15 years of UX design and front-end development experience, Stephanie is a design leader known for her values of respect, authenticity, honesty, and transparency. She is passionate about connecting and helping people through the use of design practices, whether that be a customer on a mobile app, an internal associate on the phone, or supporting and growing the careers of others.

Over the last 6 years she's leaned more into her passion for growing and fostering teams, not only to deliver intuitive user experiences but also to excel in their own careers and journeys. Her superpower is scaling the impact of small teams, introducing design into new areas of a business, and creating open collaborative team cultures.
