She is passionate about connecting and helping people through the use of design practices, whether that be a customer on a mobile app, an internal associate on the phone, or supporting and growing the careers of others.

Over the last 6 years she's leaned more into her passion for growing and fostering teams, not only to deliver intuitive user experiences but also to excel in their own careers and journeys.
