Steph moved to Melbourne in 2019 after a number of years recruiting in the London tech market. She now helps some of Melbourne’s most exciting businesses scale their Engineering teams, from Big 4 banks through to small start ups.

With almost 5 years’ experience guiding people in their careers, Steph can offer advice on how to choose the right company for you as well as insights into the endless opportunities that are out there if you do decide to break into coding.
