Before joining Resilient Coders, an organization that trains young people of color with software engineering skills and connects them with job opportunities, Stephanie was the program manager at Startup Institute, where she built, planned, and coordinated the student experience for all programs. For each session, she managed 150+ guest psekers from the local startup ecosystem who came in to teach and mentor students.
