Prior to joining General Assembly, she served as a careers consultant at some of Australia’s leading universities and had worked in human resources and graduate recruitment teams at multi-national organisations such as Morgan Stanley and Macquarie Group. Steph now uses her insights from recruiting and developing top talent to help GA grads achieve their professional goals. She is passionate about coaching grads to articulate their unique value proposition, discover their work values and navigate career change. With experience in an array industries and sectors including higher education, corporate environments and not-for-profits, Steph brings a unique lens to her coaching.
