Sten is co-founder and CEO of Tability, a goal collaboration platform built for teams. He is passionate about creating better workplaces through outcome-driven practices – the answer to productivity is not to spend more hours at the office, but rather to improve alignment and facilitate focus.
Prior to Tability, Sten was a Product Manager at Atlassian. His work on Continuous Delivery has had a strong influence on his thinking around accountability and agility for strategy.
When he's not coding features or doing a talk on OKRs, you can probably find him in the ocean pretending he can surf.
