Steffanie Sayce oversees people strategy at MassChallenge and helps to support the continued expansion efforts. Steffanie joined MassChallenge from Eze Software Group, where she was Director of HR, responsible for global HR policy, business partnering, and HR Operations. At Eze, Steffanie helped grow the team from about 300 to almost 1200 over 6 years and across many countries. Prior to that she worked for a boutique risk management firm and a retail bank in varying capacities across customer service, analytics, and consulting.
