Steffan previously led User Experience (UX) design for a division of State Street Global Markets and has worked as an experience designer on several Fortune 500 clients at creative agencies like SapientRazorfish. He began his career in management consulting, with a strong focus on process and organizational design. Over the last fifteen years, his work has spanned a variety of industries from financial services to e-commerce at clients like Dunkin’ Donuts, Biogen, CVS, Fidelity Investments and Callaway Golf.
