Stef Corgel is not one to sit still! A Los Angeles-based Strength and Conditioning Coach, athlete, and fitness model, Stef became passionate about wellness, leadership, and movement at a very young age.

After four years as a NCAA Student-Athlete (UC Santa Barbara and CSU Monterey Bay Women’s Basketball), she graduated from CSUMB in 2013 (BS, Kinesiology: Exercise Physiology) and leapt into an unexpected modeling career while coaching DII Women’s Basketball and teaching group fitness. Various adventures would stem from here: a contract to play point guard professionally in Italy, a spontaneous move to Portland, Oregon to model full-time for companies such as Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, New Balance, and Under Armor, and finally, a return to her hometown, Manhattan Beach to launch into the next stage of her fitness career.

Currently, Stef creates fitness programs for women on the "Tone It Up" App and since the beginning of quarantine, has taken her in-studio workout classes online to keep people physically motivated and mentally healthy from home. With an unparalleled group of friends and advisors in the fitness community, she is constantly searching for new ways to inspire a wide range of people to move their bodies, practice self-love, be excited for a challenge, and keep each other accountable. Together, we are so much stronger and by sharing energy, will accomplish more than we ever believed possible.

Stef attributes her confidence, open-mindedness, and work ethic to several coaches whom she valued as mentors during pivotal chapters of her life and have remained lifelong friends ever since. It is Stef’s goal to continue this cycle of giving back and to inspire younger generations to be adaptable and to think "bigger picture."
