Srinivas Rao (aka. "Srini") is the host and co-founder of BlogcastFM, a podcast where he interviews business experts, best selling authors, and successful entrepreneurs. Since starting BlogcastFM in February 2010, Srini has interviewed over 250 of the world's most successful bloggers, authors, and internet entrepreneurs. Former guests on the podcast include Danielle Laporte, Ramit Sethi, Julien Smith, Mike Stelzner, Chris Guillebeau, and many others. Today the show has over 120 5-star reviews in iTunes and receives over 80,000 downloads a month.

As a byproduct of his work on BlogcastFM, Srini has been a two time speaker at Blogworld Expo. He's a regular contributor to the Adage 150 Blog GROW, and his writing has been featured on numerous social media and personal development blogs. Srini is also the author of the personal development blog, The Skool of Life which he's grown to over 50,000 monthly visitors.
