Spencer Icasiano (they/them/theirs) is a Product Designer at HubSpot helping diverse individuals and teams grow their businesses better. Before joining HubSpot, they worked on critical revenue-driving design strategies and deliverables for industries spanning e-commerce, B2B, and gig economy platforms. Spencer enjoys speaking on topics of cultural competency and inclusion in the tech scene at organizations, educational institutions, and conferences, and they are a frequent contributor to 90.9 WBUR's The ARTery.
