In her time as Podcast Manager for Omny Studio, Sophie has become an important contributor to the burgeoning industry of podcasting. Sophie has worked closely with top podcasters in Australia and around the world as a source of marketing and technical advice. In 2016, Sophie was asked to speak at Podcast Movement in Chicago, the world’s largest gathering of podcasters and audio-on-demand industry professionals, on the iTunes Store and podcast marketing.
She is also a highly sought-after podcast guest, having appeared on numerous podcasts in both Australia and the US. Sophie also has over a decade of experience in live performance and film and TV. She is a co-Artistic Director of The Big HOO-HAA! (Melbourne’s longest-running improvised comedy show), a founding member of Impromptunes: The Completely Improvised Musical and a cast member of the hit comedy web series, ABC iView’s 'Written It Down' (winner: Best Collaboration, 2014 Online Video Awards). Sophie has written, produced and performed in comedy shows all around Australia and if you ask her to read you a story, she'll do ALL the voices.
