Sophie Goodman's work lies at the convergence of art and business. Bringing together an editorial passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of digital communications, and a respect for data, Sophie has spent the bulk of her career guiding start-up digital platforms in the outdoor industry from origination and ideation through to successful businesses with market-leading engagement. Sophie came to digital content and the outdoor industry by way of Telluride. Over the course of two years, she worked as content strategist to transform telluride.com into the go-to source for all things Telluride. After a move back to the Front Range, Sophie joined OutThere Colorado as Editor and Content Marketing Strategist. She oversaw all brand content strategy, including editorial content production and publication and managed a large, multimedia contributor network. She was also responsible for project managing and producing branded content campaigns for marketing services clients, including the Subaru Adventure Team, Icelantic Skis, Flylow Gear, Xanterra, and the Buena Vista Chamber of Commerce as well as driving creative and innovative solutions to native content marketing. Sophie recently launched her own consulting venture, SG Media with the goal of telling compelling brand stories that help brands achieve greater consumer engagement than they thought possible with traditional advertising.
