Sophia is a UX Consultant at Deloitte Digital with a focus in user research and strategy. With 5 years of experience in creating meaningful experiences across UX, advertising and public relations, she’s delivered for clients in multiple industries, including financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, and the public sector. Prior to Deloitte Digital, she was a UX Researcher where she delivered work for clients and pitches across various markets. In the Advertising and PR field, she managed the end-to-end production of campaigns across Southeast Asia and South America for a local bank and a global FMCG company.
She was part of the General Assembly UXDI 16 class, where she continued as an Instructional Associate before working full-time in the industry.
