Sofia has over 10 years experience in HR roles of increasing responsibility within the Tech Industry. Currently she is the Senior Director of HR and Total Rewards at Synchronoss leading the company in building meaningful, scalable and creative Rewards Programs to attract, motivate and retain the best and brightest employees. Sofia holds an MS in Economics from Northeastern University.
