Smriti Sinha is Vice President of Innovation and Partnerships at Prudential, where she leads the innovation efforts for the Individual Life business. Prior to joining Prudential, Smriti co-founded TASTESYNC, a tech start-up offering a unique restaurant discovery mobile app.

For much of her career, she worked for American Express in New York and London, where she drove strategic initiatives to grow revenues for the business through new product development, innovative pricing strategies and forging new partnerships.

Smriti is a native of India, where she earned a B.A. degree in economics and an M.B.A. and lives in Jersey City with her husband and son.
