Skylar received her BA in Psychology from Baylor University and her PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. After years of planning to pursue a tenure track position, she decided to make the switch to a career in data science upon completion of her PhD. She has held data science roles in federal consulting and market research. Outside of work, Skylar loves to hike and spend as much time outdoors as possible.
