Silvia Vannini

Silvia Vannini is a partner in O'Melveny's Century City office and a member of the Entertainment, Sports and Media Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters both in and out of the entertainment industry. Her experience includes representing private equity funds and domestic and foreign companies on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and dispositions. Silvia also advises public and private companies on corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Silvia worked for approximately five years as a corporate associate in the Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices of Skadden Arps.
