Shizu is the Co-founder & CEO of JRINK, a digitally enabled, vertically integrated cold-pressed juice brand. The company was founded in 2014 by two former Wall-Street women, Shizu & Jennifer, both burnt out and thirsty for change. JRINK is currently the DMV area's first & largest juice player with 4 (soon 6) shops and online delivery.
Shizu started her career on the prop trading desk at Goldman Sachs, where she focused her time on distressed equities and high yield debt in the retail sector. As the lead analyst, she was also responsible for all trading activity on behalf of the $1B desk, trading bonds, bank debt, CDS and equities. After Goldman, she spent 9 months in Mozambique, volunteering for Technoserve, and then 3 months living in Bali as a yoga instructor. Shizu graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Commerce & as a Leslie Wong Fellow.
