Shirren brings almost 20 years worth of extensive software engineering background to GA. He has a rich history working as a Senior Developer and Manager, and working with Ruby on Rails. Shirren has lent his senior developing direction and consultation skills to a range of companies that include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, AMP, InfoSys, Datacom Systems, uSwitch, Health Communication Network, Veact GmbH and Fairfax. He currently oversees co-founded startup Ureferjobs and has previously guest lectured at Macquarie University. He is passionate about Back-End Web Development and has a clear vision for product development and clean functionality.
