As a speaker and coach, Shirley calls on her experience as a military spouse to help others cut out the nonsense and "get down to business."

Shirley's diverse background empowers her as a change agent who helps women navigate their personal and professional journeys with vision, strategy, and action.

Shirley was awarded the 2020 Military Spouse Inspirational Leader of the Year for her work in the military community; the 2020 Who's Who in America's Neighborhood Award Winner for her community service work with youth across America; the 2019 Business Woman of the Year for her work in Radio/TV alongside her daughter Valencia King and Shirley is the recipient of the 2019 Who's Who in Garland Neighborhood Award!
