Sher-li Torrey started Mums@Work (Singapore) in 2010 – a social enterprise that supports women finding work-family balance. Mums@Work partners employers to implement new ways of work by holding various training workshops and career recruitment events. In 2016, she started a subsidiary of M@W, Career Navigators, with a focus on bringing women back into the workforce after a career gap. Singapore’s first flexible work career portal, Sher-li is often asked to give talks to organisations, together with local and regional media on Diversity & Inclusion topics. As a trained career coach, Sher-li also runs annual career workshops for various organizations. Sher-Li is a frequent article contributor for various press and magazines, as well as online HR-related sites in Singapore.
