Shelley is currently leading the Robotic Process Automation team at Echo Global Logistics. She spent 8 years in the Managed Transportation group before joining I.T. in 2018. She has extensive knowledge in process improvement, operations management and data analysis. She believes that understanding how technology is being used by the business is the key for creating successful products.
Shelley was born and raised in Springfield, IL, but has called Chicago home since 1996. When she’s not working, you’ll find her going to see live music, golfing and traveling.
