Building products for a company that is defining a new industry of purchase-based marketing, Shealeen is no stranger to ideation, testing, and persuasion. In her first role at Cardlytics as a Social Media Intern, she was challenged with translating the complexities of the business into 140 characters. Today, she implements the same techniques to breakdown complex product visions and communicate priority and value to Engineering. Her passion for listening to customer challenges and having empathy for the customer led her to co-found, Opus, an employee driven innovation branch of product development at Cardlytics. On the weekends, you can find Shealeen testing her latest "life hack", cooking something healthy, or sweating it out at the gym.
