Additionally, She coaches individual executive leaders on their career growth goals and professional development strategies.
Prior to establishing her consulting business, Shayna spent a decade in NYC growing workforce development initiatives for two different NYC government agencies.
Shayna is an Adjunct Instructor for the School of Continuing Education at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. She earned her BA of Cultural Anthropology at Rhode Island College and her Masters in Political Science & Public Administration at the University of Rhode Island
