He is currently focused on illuminating the hidden genius in people from under-represented groups and normalizing conversations around the realities of non-traditional professionals, single parents, and diverse perspectives incorporate spaces. Shawn is a father of three beautiful children, whom he co-parents with his ex-wife from a 20-year marriage, while balancing the demands of leadership in a pre-IPO startup, investing in his passions, and traveling the world.
