Shawn's current role at Zoom is a Video Collaboration Strategist for Enterprise Accounts. He spends his time building relationships in strategic Named Accounts, on behalf of Zoom’s top-producing sales team members. In the past, he was an Account Executive for the Asia-Pacific region for various SaaS companies, notably SugarCRM. Shawn also is a member of the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Response Team, which deploys to affected areas, such as the recent wildfires of California.
