She enjoys working with jobseekers to help each individual find a fulfilling career. Leveraging her insights and understanding of early-to-mid carer jobseekers, she has helped companies with employer branding and talent acquisition over the past 5 years to better attract and hire the right Millennial and Gen Z talent.
Sharon is also the recipient of the Promising SME Youth Entrepreneur Award by Small & Medium Business Association and is featured on publications including The Straits Times, Channel News Asia, TODAY, e27, HerWorld and Vulcan Post.
