Sharon Cody is an expert Experience Designer at Naked Ambition with a background in UX, business strategy, and education. She is passionate about designing human-centered solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for employees. With over 11 years’ experience consulting to global brands and including working with some of Europe's largest telecommunications and media companies, Sharon understands strategy from all angles. Prior to joining Naked Ambition, Sharon was part of the founding team for IBM’s iX (Interactive Experience) Digital Team in Europe which is now over 500 people strong. She was also an IBM Designing Thinking Tutor and trained iX practitioners and clients from across Europe.
