Sharon Brogdon is the VP of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) for BigCommerce. Additionally, she co-leads the D&I Council and gives advisory, infrastructure and executive support to the Employee Resource Groups to help them achieve their respective missions and positively impact the business.

Sharon brings more than a decade of diversity and inclusion experience to the company, including a focus on building strategic relationships with key external thought and opinion leaders, championing a diverse pipeline of technical talent and driving programs focused on strengthening talent development, progression and retention. During her tenure at Intel Corporation, and prior to joining the D&I organization, Sharon held positions in strategic marketing, business analysis and account management.

Upon joining the Intel D&I team, she held roles in every area of the organization, culminating in a role leading a team accountable to infuse diversity and inclusion into leadership practices, training and corporate programs and services. Sharon joins RetailMeNot most recently from Microsoft, where she

was the director of global diversity and inclusion strategy.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Purdue University. She is an ASCENT Fellow with the Tuck School of Business and a Cornell University Certified Diversity Professional. She is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a recipient of the Navy Commendation Medal and the Navy Achievement Medal.
