My role is to help students identify their career goals and align them with the right program. Making a career change and deciding to invest in your future can be both exhilarating and nervewracking. Thankfully at General Assembly, you don't have to do it alone. I support students through the admissions process with an empathetic understanding and help to develop clearly defined processes to make the process of admittance as smooth as possible. I also work cross-functionally across teams to help to manage and organize info sessions, forecast course projections and support the growth and development of team members through collaborative mentorship.
