Future State is headquartered in beautiful Oakland, CA, 100% employee owned, a certified B-Corp, and a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE). An expert facilitator known for supporting and aligning teams as they develop strategies, plans and trust, she is quick to understand the complexities of any business and to identify tangible opportunities for growth and value creation. Prior to Future State, Shannon led Customer Success for UpWork, Partner Relations for Intuit, and Online Bill Pay for Wells Fargo. She holds an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.

Shannon is a fost/adopt mom of two awesome kiddos who loves adventure and getting into nature, as a hiker, sailor and horsewoman. She lives in Alameda, CA.
