Career highlights include being a key player in launching the Harrods.com Christmas and Fashion campaigns via various digital and eCommerce strategies in London, plus the launch of Marks and Spencer's first eCommerce site in the Middle East and working as the lead project manager in Dubai to launch the Amber Rewards Mobile App - a dual language (English/Arabic) loyalty app used by customers shopping online and offline across 75 of the world's most reputable fashion and motor's brands such as Gucci, Gap, Bloomingdale's, Harvey Nichols, Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown.
Back in Melbourne, she's worked as a Digital Strategist for The Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival where Shanna successfully delivered a Shop The Runway eCommerce activation pioneering the "See now, Buy now" concept as seen by Burberry and recently helped launch the new Elle Macpherson, Kayser and Fine Lines lingerie ecommerce sites plus managed clients including; Levi’s, Scanlan Theodore and Le Specs plus many more via We Are Digital as a Digital Consultant.
