She uses her experience with start-ups to create a VC funding culture at the enterprise level to encourage innovation and collaboration.
Shami has a passion for advocacy, having supported several non-profits in a pro bono capacity, including GetMagic (Helping girls in STEM), OSAAT (Helping build schools in rural areas) and Nisum-o-sity.
