She went on to found Women 2.0, a global community and media site for women in tech, and Founder Labs a bootcamp for diverse founders to go from idea to first prototype using Customer Development and Lean Startup principles. The top 30, pre-seed companies from Women 2.0 and Founder Labs – launched by diverse founding teams - have gone on to raise over $100MM to date. She is now a Strategist at 23 Design and an advisor to Republic.co an open investment platform spun out from AngelList.
