Seema Jain

Seema Jain currently leads the Customer Experience practice at Bluewolf, working with organizations to digitally optimize business processes that improve the customer experience while delivering measurable business outcomes. Seema's expertise is centered around persona development, customer journey mapping and facilitating ideation sessions. Prior to Bluewolf, Seema spent eight years working in the insurance industry. 
Seema recently relocated to Santa Monica from New York and looks forward to joining the community of Customer Experience Design Professionals in the Los Angeles area.
