Currently at Google as a Global Lead Diversity Business Partner. Seema has been helping companies develop a culture of belonging so that they can provide their talent with the stability and psychological safety to innovate and thrive. She has also spent most of her life involved with an organization that helps survivors of human trafficking and modern day slavery -fighting against gender exclusion, casteism and colorism and currently serves as Board Secretary; the advisory board of Model Expand -a D&I strategy firm focused on employer branding and talent acquisition and the E&I committee at Katherine Delmar Burkes school a gender inclusive school for girls.
