Sean Gourley is the CTO and Co-Founder of Quid, a company helping organizations make sense of the world around them so they can make truly informed decisions. Sean has been using data and algorithms to understand the nature of human conflict. His experience mapping the human condition using data mined through computers and other technologies has made him a leading name in the big data community. Sean is a frequent speaker and has shared his thoughts at TED, PopTech, and other major conferences. He holds a PhD in Physics from Oxford, acted as a political advisor to the Iraqi Government, briefed USCENTCOM at the Pentagon, and addressed the United Nations.
