Scarlett Montanaro is a Digital Creative at AMV BBDO working across the Bacardi brand portfolio as well as BT, Guinness and Lay's. Beyond the walls of the agency, she co-founded the social enterprise CRACK + CIDER and has been a member of the Young Creative Council since 2012 with whom she has most recently lead a partnership with Creative Equals to increase opportunity for young female Creatives in the industry. She's also a guest lecturer at UAL (University of the Arts London) on the subject of Creativity for Good and blogs for The Huffington Post on topics including entrepreneurialism, homelessness and women in advertising.
