Scarlet is the VP of Brand Experience at Hydrow. Building on a career grounded in creating meaningful emotional connections in the wellness industry, Scarlet's role at Hydrow is to craft a brand and experience that is both emotionally compelling and rationally irresistible. Hydrow's Live Outdoor Reality experience leverages cutting edge hardware and software to bring the camaraderie, accountability and efficiency of rowing to homes everywhere. Scarlet started her career at Digitas and later Ocean Spray before a powerful chapter at New Balance where her responsibilities included leading the Global Kids footwear business as well as North America footwear merchandising. She entered the world of startups and tech as the Founder and CEO of Coeo, a WINLab accelerator business before joining Hydrow.
