Sunny has always been passionate about building software to positively impact the lives of those around him. He has led teams to build award winning software solutions to solve real world problems like getting access to education or stroke rehabilitation. He has held multiple positions in various organisations throughout his career, where he has learnt leadership skills from his managers.Currently at Mission+, he helps businesses build and operate engineering teams that deliver high quality software. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and writing about the various experiments he runs in order to learn how to better manage software engineering teams.
