Satia Sa Dias is co-host of Melanin Millennials and President "Adulting is really hard” After graduating with a BA in European Studies from the University of Leicester in 2011, she moved to Madrid, Spain to work as an English teacher, improve her Spanish and delay making adult life decisions for another five years. Upon her return to the UK last year, she unexpectedly found herself hosting a podcast with friend Imriel Morgan and in the process created a much-needed platform, where she shares her millennial struggles to a keen demographic whose perspectives often go untold.

Imriel Morgan is the Co-Founder and CEO of the ShoutOut Network and the Co-host of the Melanin Millennials podcast. Imriel studied BSc Biological Anthropology at Durham University and went on to train as Behavioural Scientist in the Caribbean. Imriel returned to London in 2013 and started working as a self-trained Content Marketer in a London-based startup. In 2015, Imriel teamed up with Efe Jerome, Founder of the ShoutOut Network to create podcasts hosted by people from underrepresented backgrounds in British media. The ShoutOut Network has now produced five podcasts covering history, literature, comedy and philosophy, and theatre, film and music.
