Sasha started her career in mental health counseling while working with max. security inmates and severely mentally ill patients. After 5 years in that space, she made the switch into recruiting for a small boutique staffing firm in Boston, where she recruited for a multitude of roles across many different industries. After spending her whole life in Boston, Sasha decided it was time for a change and packed up and moved to Chicago for new endeavors. Upon arriving to Chicago Sasha took on a role at Lucas Group Executive Search, where she ran a full desk, doing business development and candidate recruitment for HR roles. After a year in the windy city, and an opportunity to recruit for some of the exciting technology companies here she ended up taking an in house recruiting role at Motorola Solutions for 6 moths and quickly realized the big, well oiled machine was not for her. Following Motorola, was the start of her high growth, high tech tour of duty. From overseeing corporate recruiting at Avant, to leading the sales & G&A recruiting at Outcome Health (previously ContextMedia) to present, where she oversees the customer facing recruiting team/function globally at ActiveCampaign. The common denominator of all of the above is her passion for people, building lasting relationships and creating a culture of talent & recruiting. Sasha has experience in recruiting for design, engineering, enterprise & SMB sales, customer success, HR, finance & operations and leadership, while building and leading teams.

Additionally - Sasha sits on the board for Urban Alliance of Chicago- helping underprivileged youth connect to meaningful internships throughout Chicago. She also is a mentor at VentureScale where she focuses on helping early stage technology companies build the right sales hiring strategies.
