Sascha is a creative director, strategist and experience designer.

She uses her background in theatre and games design to create spaces, events and programmes to inspire creative and collaborative thinking.

She's worked extensively with brands, start-ups and arts organisations. Some highlights of her career include; designing and delivering a multi-room escape room adventure for 150 families simultaneously, an immersive STEM-based secret mission to Mars for young girls and a children-led festival, where children taught the adults.

For many years, Sascha was a theatre producer working with theatres like Bristol Old Vic, National Theatre and Battersea Arts Centre. Through her design studio, We the Creators, she’s created experiences for brands like Marks and Spencer, Google and the Royal Academy of Engineering.

She’s always had an entrepreneurial approach and has helped turn around a number of at-risk organisations, most recently a failing school.

She's passionate about the link between mental health and creativity - particularly in young people.
