Sarah Smith is a UX researcher at Google, where she's focused on making sharing awesome for Drive's billion users. Previously, she uncovered consumer insights for clients like Clinique, MasterCard and Vanity Fair as a senior strategist at Egg Strategy, was an intern in service design at IDEO, and created communications strategies for nonprofits in Portland, Oregon. Most at home in the "messy middle" between research and design, Sarah holds a masters degree in architecture from UC-Berkeley, and studied art and art history at Wellesley College.
