Sarah is a product manager at Wayfair and has most recently led projects in web consumer experiences, ecommerce, and personalization. She has a strong passion for user research & design and leans on data to drive decision making. She strives to build products to make users’ lives easier. She received an undergraduate and Masters degree in Accounting from Bryant University. After two years of auditing software companies, the industry sparked her interest and drove her to make a career change. She took a new position at an accounting software company where she was able to utilize her education and past experience to pivot her career to project management. In her new role, she collected and analyzed customer feedback which allowed her to represent the voice of the customer. Sarah knew that she wanted to learn more about this role, and signed up for GA’s Product Management Course to help pave her product foundation. She was able to pivot her career to one in Product Management and hasn’t looked back!
